Full commission splits are widely advertised by many brokers but what sets us apart is that we do not charge any additional recurring broker fees; this agent friendly policy takes any additional expenses from the agent’s pocket once they join the Tholco Real Estate Group. In addition we provide our agents with access to a document library which includes transaction coordination services, full broker support, marketing and sales training and many more benefits.
Why are we offering more commissions
The answer is simple, to enroll more agents. We realized that in a turbulent real estate market high commission splits are not only highly unattractive to agents but also reduces agent productivity. Based on these findings we quickly adopted the no split commission strategy to increase enrollment, make our agents more profitable and increase productivity. Our business model has been based on the analysis of the current market conditions as well as adaptation of the most successful proven practices in these conditions. Having said that, it is our commitment to keep paying our agents the highest net commissions possible.
Full commissions are only part of the package
The no commission split plan is certainly a popular reason why agents decide to choose us but we don’t stop there.
